• Your company or business name.
• Your registered phone number, if applicable.
• A clear statement that you want your Suite data deleted.

3. What Data May Be Deleted

Depending on your account and usage, we may delete:

• Account profile data.
• Connected WhatsApp Business Account configuration stored in Suite.
• Contacts imported or created in Suite.
• Message logs and webhook logs stored in Suite.
• Template records stored locally in Suite.
• API keys and platform access credentials generated by Suite.

For security, we may verify your identity and account ownership before deleting data. We may request additional information to confirm that you are authorized to request deletion for the business account.

5. Processing Timeline

We aim to process valid deletion requests within 7 to 30 business days, depending on the complexity of the request and legal or operational requirements.
