These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Suite, a WhatsApp Business API management platform provided by Autoflowmatrix (“Autoflowmatrix”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Suite, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. About the Service

Suite allows businesses to connect WhatsApp Business Accounts, manage message templates, send approved WhatsApp messages, receive incoming messages, manage inbox conversations, and track delivery statuses using Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and must use Suite only for lawful business purposes.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, access tokens, and account activity. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security issue.

5. WhatsApp and Meta Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable Meta, WhatsApp, and platform policies, including WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta Platform Terms, and applicable laws.

6. Customer Consent and Opt-In

You are responsible for obtaining valid customer consent and opt-in before sending WhatsApp messages. You must not send spam, unauthorized promotional messages, misleading content, illegal content, or abusive messages.

7. Message Templates

WhatsApp templates submitted through Suite are reviewed by Meta. Autoflowmatrix does not guarantee approval of any template. Templates may be approved, rejected, paused, or disabled based on Meta’s policies.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not use Suite to:

• Send spam, fraud, phishing, misleading, or illegal messages.
• Violate privacy, data protection, or consumer protection laws.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate any person or business.
• Interfere with platform security, rate limits, or service stability.
• Use unauthorized or stolen data, contacts, credentials, or tokens.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service may depend on third-party platforms including Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, hosting providers, and internet connectivity.

10. Fees and Payments

Certain features may require payment. WhatsApp conversation charges, Meta charges, payment gateway fees, or other third-party charges may apply separately as per applicable provider rules.

11. Data and Content

You retain responsibility for the content you send through Suite. You grant us permission to process your data only as needed to provide the service, maintain logs, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, applicable laws, Meta/WhatsApp policies, or if your usage creates risk for the platform, other users, or third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autoflowmatrix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill.

14. No Warranty

Suite is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will meet all requirements, be uninterrupted, or be free of errors.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Suite after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
